No matter what the boffins may say or have us believe technology is not a precise science !  Using our video download  service relies on providers outside our control and that of our web host.  If things go wrong we want to put them right for you.

This website is run by a small team working in our spare time. We are not, therefore, at the computer 24/7 but will respond as quickly as we can - as soon as we pick up your message.

MY PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK: It is actually impossible for the username and password not to work.  These are computer generated and the system takes in exactly the same information you receive.  However, if you apply them wrongly they may not work.

• First of all they are case sensitive and will not work if you mix capitals and small case in the wrong way
• If you have cut and pasted the passwords make sure you have not dragged the copy and included an invisible space.

THE MOVIE TAKES TOO LONG TO DOWNLOAD: Some of our material is contained in large files. The download speed depends entirely on your own Broadband connection. Remember at peak times some service providers fall well below the standards of operation they tell their customers they provide. Just be patient it will work.

THE DOWNLOAD STOPPED: Again this is likely to be a problem with your Broadband connection but contact us if you need help.
