Let us introduce ourselves -We are DAVID and Jo who run Guyz Studio which operates one of the broadcast teams on the vast Flirt4Free webcam site.   We have been running webcam broadcasts on Flirt4Free since 2007.

Very simply we run a cyber studio which broadcasts into the Flirt4Free mega site. Our models come from different parts of the world using their own computers to log in and broadcast any time they wish.  They have an open video chat area where they can talk to customers, they flirt and play. When a customer takes a model into a private show he makes money. There are always many, many customers on-line so there is plenty of money for a model to make.

Our role is to recruit models, take them through the registration process then be there to support and manage them when they broadcast.  There is no limit to the number of models we can have and operate. WE NEED MANY, MANY more than we currently have on our books. Unfortunately we simply do not have the time to do the recruiting.

That is where you could come in.

We are seeking RELIABLE people with time to spare to trawl the chat rooms and  profile sites in order to seek suitable webcam lads. You talk to them, explain what is involved and how it all works. When a model is interested you simply pass them to us, we will do the rest, register them and get them on-line to broadcast. When a model you have recruited starts to make money we will pay you 35c (US) per minute of private broadcast time. We will manage the model so you do not need to do anything more than recruit him and introduce him to us BUT if you wanted to help and support him, encourage him to get on-line and achieve more show time you obviously end up making more money.

If you have a model who spends 5 hours a week on-line and converts from open free chat to private shows at 25% you will make $107 in a month.  Recruit ten models and you make $1,070 a month. Recruit twenty-five and you have an astonishing $2,675 coming your way each and every month. 

Translate that into British Pounds: If you have a model who spends 5 hours a week on-line and converts from open free chat to private shows at 25% you will make £64.48 in a month.  Recruit ten models and you make £644.80 a month. Recruit twenty-five and you have an astonishing $1,612 coming your way each and every month. 

It's not rocket science, it's easy. Flirt4Free pays us at the end of the month for all studio activities. You will. then be paid before the 15th of the month for all your models' earnings up to the end of the previous month.
