We want to keep this as simple as possible so to begin with we'll explain how to send us your pics and when they will be added to the site.  You can either send us your pictures by e-mail or by uploading them to our site direct.  Before that. so everyone knows exactly what's what we'll go through the formal  tuff - terms and conditions etc............

• By submitting your pics you give G S Media Limited, the owners of the website permission to publish your pictures and video. You verify that the submission sent is of yourself, that you are over the age of 18 years and that you own the rights to the material.
• All pictures go into free2view galleries while video will appear in a paid members area. By submitting video you will receive FREE membership to this area. Video is published in flash format so viewers can not download your material and store it on their computers.
• You are welcome to submit as many pictures or video as you like. Please make sure video is in WMV format and pictures in Jpeg format.  It would help us and make e-mail transmission easier if pictures were resized to 500 pixels in HEIGHT but this resizing is not essential. Please try to avoid sending pictures smaller than this.
• If at some time in the future you wish to have your pictures removed from the site we are happy to comply with such a request but may need a little time for our team to edit the pages where you appear.
